  I left furniture on consignment that the owner sold and never let me know it was sold and she could not show records on the price and date that she sold the furniture the price she thought she sold it for was way below our agreement she also would not pay me for my sold furniture after numberious attempts to get her to pay for my sold items I had to get a judgement against her in small claims court. Consigner beware you may never get paid.
